Cyrus Shahriari is a civil litigation trial attorney with extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, employment, landlord-tenant, business and copyright law. His commitment to detail and ability to develop and implement innovative legal strategies for each case he works on has resulted in millions of dollars obtained for his clients and numerous successful results at trial and arbitration.
After several years working at top civil litigation firms, Cyrus founded The Shahriari Law Firm, P.C. in 2017 at only 29 years old. In 2018, he joined forces with Morgan Pietz to form Pietz & Shahriari, LLP. Since then, Cyrus has been consistently recognized by his peers as one of the top lawyers in California. Cyrus earned the award of “Top 100 Up-and-Coming Rising Star” from Super Lawyers magazine in 2021 and 2022. Cyrus was also named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for five consecutive years (2018-2022).
Today, Cyrus’ practice focuses on representing individuals against large corporations, insurance companies and public entities. Using his legal skills, Cyrus strives to make a difference in people’s lives as he pursues justice on behalf of his clients against entities who often have far greater resources than the individuals who Cyrus represents. Outside of Pietz & Shahriari, LLP, Cyrus is an active board member of Persians 4 Cure, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing cancer awareness and raising funding to support innovate research to cure cancer and programs designed to improve patient care, treatment and cancer survival rates. Cyrus also enjoys yoga, playing tennis and spending time with his family and dog Jolie.
