Morgan Pietz, was responsible for taking down the notorious “Prenda Law” copyright trolling collective in a case that the ABA Journal called a “part of legal folklore””. Mr. Pietz is a frequent writer and speaker on topics relating to the Copyright Act.

In addition, the firm has handled infringement claims across numerous industries, including claims involving jewelry, handbags, photographs, DVDs, and collectibles.

Mr. Pietz also has significant experience with trademark infringement, counterfeiting, trade secret, and unfair competition litigation. Mr. Pietz has successfully obtained “no notice, ex parte” temporary restraining orders for his clients, and won various preliminary injunction motions representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
